More recently providing a full range of management accounting support with regular forecasting and cashflow analyses to manage a rapid expansion as the company focuses its development on the website analytics and website optimization side of the business – June 2013 and on-going.
Specialised Transport & Security Services Company - for more than a decade providing management accounts, analysis and decision support to this highly profitable business. Assisting with contract negotiations resulting in a sizeable expansion of the business 3 years ago, restructuring reporting systems to enable full understanding and management of the new more diversified business model. More recently assisting with recruitment/training of a full time Finance Manager and now providing consulting FD support plus project based work on major contract reviews and new business tenders - November 2000 and on-going.
Computer, Tablet & iPhone Case Designer and Manufacturer (French owned & HQ) - managing all accounting issues for UK subsidiary and providing central accounting system support for worldwide business circa €30m sales including managing monthly consolidation accounts process for parent and 7 subsidiaries. Within the last few years taking on the direct management of accounting issues for Hong Kong subsidiary and more recently coordinating the set-up and managing the monthly accounting for a new Swedish subsidiary - July 2004 and on-going.
Tablet, Phone and Connected Objects Manufacturer (French owned & HQ) - for 10 years acting as accounting consultant for all financial issues affecting the Northern Europe Region (via UK subsidiary) of this technology company circa €30m sales Northern Europe, €100m plus sales worldwide. More recently assisted in the transfer of Northern Europe sales activity to an external sales agency and managed the closure of the UK subsidiary. Retained to provide detailed monthly Revenue analyses to enable correct assessment of Revenue for the region and associated commissions due - February 2003 and on-going.
Current Smaller Adhoc Assignments - currently providing ad-hoc services to an Equine Nutritional Consultancy, Precision Engineering Business and a Retail Catering Business generally pulling together all the information needed for periodic accounts and/or VAT & Payroll filing.
